Answer: We provide professional furniture assembly services across the Netherlands. We frequently work in major cities such as Amsterdam, Almere, Utrecht, Hilversum, Zaandam, and surrounding areas including Amstelveen, Hoofddorp, Haarlem, Lelystad, and Diemen. To ensure smooth planning and clear agreements, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm your project details and region.
Question 2 :What IKEA & other furniture do you assemble?
Answer: We assemble almost all IKEA, Lean Bakker & Jysk furniture—from PAX wardrobes and METOD kitchens to BESTA cabinets, BILLY bookcases, KALLAX, MALM, HEMNES, and more. If your item is not listed, simply reach out to us so we can confirm and arrange your project.
Question 3: How soon can you come and assemble?
Answer: We can often schedule an appointment within just a few days. Evening or weekend appointments are also possible by arrangement.
Question 4: Do I have to be home during the assembly?
Answer: It is not mandatory. As long as access to the location is granted with clear project agreements, we can manage the execution. Being present can be helpful for on-site questions or choices.
Question 5: Do you also work on weekends or evenings or holidays?
Answer: Yes, we are flexible. In consultation, we can schedule assembly in the evening hours or on weekends, or during holidays at no extra charge.
Question 6: How do I request a quote?
Answer: Fill out our contact form or send an e-mail to info@buildnest.nl with a description of the furniture (preferably with item number or photo), your location and your phone number. We usually send a no-obligation quote the same day.
Question 7: What is the cost of furniture assembly?
Answer: The cost depends on the type of furniture, the number of parts and your location. We will send you a clear quote in advance so there are never any surprises.
Question 8: Are you certified?
Answer: Yes, we are certified, registered with the Chamber of Commerce and meet all legal requirements.
Question 9: Do I get a warranty on the assembly?
Answer: Yes, you receive a warranty on all assembly work performed. Does something still go wrong? Then we will solve it for you free of charge. Generally the warranty ranges from 3 to 5 years depending on the project.
Question 10: Can you also lay laminate and remove carpeting?
Answer: Yes, in addition to furniture installation, you can also hire us to lay laminate flooring. We also remove and dispose of old flooring if required.
